Tasting notes At the sight, medium dull garnet. The smell: dark spices, black pepper and cloves, small dark fruits and a hint of dried aromatic herbs (dill). Mouth medium tannic, fresh, balanced, which makes the sip pleasant. To be matched with cold cuts and red meat main courses. Serving temperature 16-18 Celsius degrees. Maturation and sharpening in artisanal French Allier oak barrels for 15 months and for another 6 months in the bottle
