The Valdichiana Eating team works from Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm. During weekends we move to the countryside to eat with our producers.

Boxes
The weight of the boxes varies between 3 and 5 kg (6,61 to 11 pounds), excluding wine.
Our Boxes are tasting itineraries designed together with producers to make you taste special occasions … but if you need to customize your Box, just write to us via email.
At the moment we do not have specific boxes for celiacs or intolerants. But write us an email for your special request, with the help of a nutritionist we can prepare something special for you.
The price of the Box includes the products you see in the corresponding photo. The cost of the wine will be added to this price (only if you want to buy it) with the shipping costs.
The QR Code that you will find in the Box is dynamic and allows us to send you additional information on food and wine products, but also information on the territory, updates on events, travel ideas and much more.
The portions (indicative) are specified in each box.

Products
The expiry dates and storage methods vary according to the individual products and are shown on each label.
Allergens are indicated in the description of the boxes and on each individual product label.
Some of our boxes are designed to let you cook. When receiving the box you will find the instructions to use the products.
The ingredients you will need to make our recipes are already in your home: water to boil the pasta, salt to season and don’t forget coffee to finish your meal, because we don’t grow it in Valdichiana!
As for the dishes: we do not send them to you, but we are sure that you have everything you need at home … and it would be perfect if you had a nice checkered tablecloth to put on the table! However, do not worry, you will not find any surprises when opening the box: what you receive is what you saw in the photo!
Our wines are selected to be paired with the tasting proposals. They are all reds and indigenous, selected from one of these denominations: Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, Chianti Riserva DOCG and Orcia DOC. We hope you are satisfied with our selection.
It is not possible… our products are so good that we would like to eat them for you! But if something goes wrong please contact us! We will understand together what went wrong and what we can do to improve.
Packaging and shipping
Our boxes are packed paying attention to the materials used, in line with our commitment to provide a quality product and environmental sustainability.
We are not yet 100% green, but we are working on it. We use recyclable cardboard boxes and ecological packaging, the only materials you will have to throw away are the handles of the boxes (made of cotton, but containing a small amount of plastic) and scotch tape.
You will be able to change your order within the next 12 hours. In case of necessity contact us via whatsapp.
We ship via GLS and ColdLine, which allow us to check the status of your order in real time.
Absolutely yes, make sure the courier finds someone when he rings your doorbell. You don’t want to leave our Box alone in a warehouse, do you?
Delivery times vary according to your residence region, you will have a notice when ordering.
Our shipments depart on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you have specific requests, write us an email.

We take the utmost care and forethought preparing and packaging our boxes, but accidents on the way may happen. In case, contact us. We cannot leave you without a product or a box for too long!

No, the minimum spending limit is equal to the value of the individual boxes.

How does the Gift Card work?
Choose the value of the gift card, enter your details and those of the recipient and proceed with the payment. The gift card is valid for one year and can be used several times if there is any remaining credit. The value of the gift card does not include shipping costs.
