A wine from the hills among Val d’Orcia and Valdichiana, produced by the Agricultural Farm Pometti and certified DOC Orcia: Centosei (literally 106) only has 4000 bottles production.
Grapes blend Sangiovese 90% e Cabernet Sauvignon 10%
Tasting notes Ruby red color, which tends to garnet with aging, is a wine with fruity scents. On the palate it is dry and savory, with good harmony. Excellent in combination with first courses, fresh and aged cheeses, and cured meats. Serving temperature 18 - 20 Celsius degrees.
Aging and sharpening Sharpening in barriques of french oak for 12 months.
