We treat it with the best products, fresh garlic and local wine vinegar, you can enjoy the result: our loin has a completely different scent. Then we sell it when it's still quite fresh, so you can smell it more and the meat is deliciously soft ”.
The Belli Butcher shop’s counter sings: salami, sausage, mortadella, ham, finocchiona, lard and loin, as well as cuts of meat and packaged products such as Cinta Senese ragù and black spleen crouton are just some of the succulent preparations that you can find in the Butcher's shop.
