"Aglione has always been at home, as far as I can remember" says Federica, owner of the company: "My grandmother Bruna used to grow and sell vegetables here and aglione has always been there, as a condiment and excellent garlic substitute ". Federica's father, Claudio, then decided to increase the cultivation of this typical Tuscan product and to put it on sale in the company, together with a aglione sauce made with the traditional recipe.
