From the idea of ​​two twin brothers, Bruno and Roberto, the Rosignoli Bakery was born in Torrita di Siena in 1967. Since then, the baking activity has never stopped and continues today thanks to the 5 sons of Bruno and Roberto. "We grew up on the upper floor of this laboratory, we lived here, and for us this is home" says Gianni, also representing his brothers and cousins: "Today we keep the traditional recipes of baked products that our parents made here: the ciambellino, the pan dei santi, the panforte; and we create new products according to the requests of our customers, from biscuits to schiacciata".

An artisan bakery that has always created good, tasty and carefully made products, the result of respect for tradition, knowledge of raw materials and creativity.
