La Bandita (hunting reserve) is an Organic Farm Company that has been producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil and jams for twenty years among the woods of Trequanda. The name derives from a plot of the company's wood, an ancient hunting reserve, that is a territory in which hunting is forbidden even to the owner of the land itself, and in this woods there are numerous wild animals such as foxes, badgers, porcupines … And eagle owls.
This is how the eagle owl found itself on the elegant packaging of La Bandita Farm and in the territory it has become synonymous with quality: you can find the products on the shelves of the village shops, as well as in the delicatessen shops and on typical cold cuts in Tuscan taverns. And you know that food is good there.
Quality at La Bandita is guaranteed by the organic certification, but it is enough talking to Daniela, the owner, grower and direct producer, to understand that its productions are born from the attention to raw, genuine, local and selected materials, and from the creativity: rosemary aspic, poppy cream, balsamic-drops jelly, are just some of Daniela's curious and delicious products, who is always looking for a new combination to offer, always starting with excellent Tuscan products.
