“What is done with the heart goes straight to the heart” say Alessandra and Emanuela Buraschi, who in their family oil mill in Montepulciano obtain an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil capable of becoming a Tuscan IGP.
Oil is a real family passion, Alessandra is an Oil Taster Technician and together with her sister Emanuela they take care of the entire selection phase of the olive groves to produce an oil chosen annually: "What makes our oil different is the double filtration which allows us to obtain a product that enhances typical scents of our territory ".
The understanding between sisters is immediately perceived, one speaks and the other ends the sentence, and complementary are also their skills put at the service of the work in the mill: if Alessandra loves the moment in which the guest arrives so that she can explain and let them taste the Buraschi Oil, Emanuela prefers the processing part, the activity that from the beginning of October sees the oil mill activated, involving the many growers who crush their olives here.
The result is a creativity that leads to the preparation of tasting activities but also to the production of new products starting from olives, such as compote excellent in combination with cheeses.
