Ribollita (it means “re-boiled”) is an old-fashioned “comfort food”: a traditional Tuscan peasant soup made with typically winter vegetables, such as black cabbage and cannellini beans. Il Poggio Farm produces it in San Casciano dei Bagni according to the traditional recipe using local products and following all processing stages in the company’s internal laboratory. To enjoy it at its best you will need to add only one ingredient, which is stale bread. We bring you the Tuscan ribollita flavor.
