Catucci IGP Toscano to be precise: the cantuccio has obtained the recognition of a product with a Typical Geographical Indication, and in fact its name, its shape and its flavor are synonymous of Tuscany all over the world. If we then write cantucci and vinsanto, then Tuscany is served. Here, the Marabissi pastry shop prepares them with the traditional recipe and presents them in a patinated version.
