“My jam is different from all the others” says Benedetta: “Only when the plums are ripe and fall spontaneously from the tree, I collect them and turn them into jam. Because only in that stage of ripeness they have the perfect sugar content”. Even the plum is not just any one: it is a Mascina plum, a PAT product of Valdichiana Senese, and the jam is made following an ancient slow cooking method in two stages. The result is a genuine and tasty product, with no added sugar, suitable for children and the whole family.
