We present a multi-patented EVO oil: produced with olives pressed within 48 hours from harvest, adhering to a production specification that certifies their origin and quality in the pressing, certified “Organic” by ICEA. And the Cooperative has the last word before the bottling stage: only the oil that passes the most important test, that of taste, crosses the threshold and receives the Organic EVO Oil label from Il Lecceto Agricultural Cooperative.
