In Montepulciano grows the olives destined to become the Frantoio (olive mill) Buraschi Organic EVO Oil, the olives are harvested in early October and selected annually by the sisters Alessandra and Emanuela, who then work the olives in the family oil mill. The blend obtained from local varieties such as Leccino and Moraiolo aims to keep the quality standard high and the excellent flavour of this typical Tuscan oil.
