Stefano and Carla have selected their Organic Durum Wheat Pici for Valdichiana Eating, produced exclusively with durum wheat grown by themselves. The company has been growing and producing ancient cereals for over 10 years and since last year it has closed the production chain with the creation of durum wheat pasta made in collaboration with a local mill.
