Claudio and Romana of Everest Beekeeping in Chianciano Terme raise their bees organically, accompanying them on their journey through the Tuscan blooms. Lime wood blooming takes place between June and July, and the resulting honey is for connoisseurs, with a delicate but intense flavor, excellent in combination with fresh and semi-mature cheeses.
