This oil has a name of its own: it is the Capùnto Oil, Organic and Tuscan IGP certified as a guarantee of quality and traceability. An excellent product that the Giganti family produces in the Sinalunga oil mill with a blend of Leccino, Frantoio and Maurino, typical Tuscan cultivars. The family’s olive groves are treated only with natural products, the olives are harvested with innovative methods and pressed within 12 hours with cold extraction method. The result is a genuine Tuscan oil.
