The olives pressed at Frantoio Tistarelli are the fruit of certified olive groves of strictly Sarteano origin, grown on a plateau between the Valdichiana Senese and Val d’Orcia. For the production of IGP Toscano Colline Senesi the Tistarelli family selects the Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino olive varieties and creates a blend that maximizes the fruitfulness of these lucky olives.
