At the Madonna della Querce Farm the pigs live in a nearly wild state and this means that their cured meats have a strong and full natural flavor, in fact the Cinta Senese sausages… just finish immediately. Finely ground and flavored with a few simple ingredients such as salt, garlic and pepper, they are a product for gourmet foods and for lovers of food made with care.
