"We will not leave anyone without beer" is the promise of Andrea who together with his brother, Lorenzo, started in 2012 to produce Agricultural Craft Beer in the family business, Podere Saragiolino in Torrita di Siena.
The brothers thought about the redevelopment of the family business with an immediate goal in mind: to take care of all production stages, from the sowing of the barley to the production in the malt house using only renewable energy aiming for zero environmental impact. And the choice of conversion to organic was a natural consequence, therefore the certification arrived in 2018.
Their attention to the territory is not limited to the field and to the brewery, because even the distribution is almost exclusively local: the two brothers tap beers during the main events in Valdichiana Senese, such as the Live Rock Festival of Acquaviva in Montepulciano, they supply pubs and restaurants of the area, but above all they serve La Viola, La Giulia, La Vale and La Chiara in the Brewery set up for sale and tasting events inside the Company.
