From the cultivation of olive groves to bottling, the Tistarelli family takes care of a truly historic production, which began over fifty years ago in an oil mill within the walls of the small Tuscan hamlet. History is truly the protagonist because in this mill you can admire the ancient granite millstones and traditional presses in operation, alongside a modern continuous mill dedicated to cold extraction.
“We have not abandoned our tradition and we have tried to make it central to our production, without forgetting the important innovations that allow us to obtain better olive oil” continues Fausta. Attention to quality has a special name at Frantoio Tistarelli: Signorolio (Misteroil), the company's best product, dedicated to great-grandfather Alessandro, a great connoisseur of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. An oil with a traditional flavor that celebrates the passion of the family and its collaborators. "Our family uses the contribution of numerous collaborators and it is also thanks to their contribution that we bring such a good product to our customers' tables".
