The company is young, it was founded about 20 years ago by grandfather Franco in Castelmuzio, a hamlet of Trequanda, and young is its management by the grandson Andrea, 23 years old with a great desire to work. He deals with the cultivation of olives, oil extraction and direct sales, including shipping, while the grandfather controls from afar. "We grow about 10,000 olive trees of our property and then we also have a few to rent, for a total of 1350 kg hundreds of olives per year" says Andrea, baseball cap on his head and quick movements as he prepares the next expedition to Japan: "The production cycle is entirely internal to the company, we take care of everything from cultivation to sale, using an avantgarde cold extraction system".
Andrea is also an olive oil taster, because he wants to be sure of the product he bottles: "You need to know the oil to improve the product and then we process single-variety olives: to create the right blend you need to know it, also by tasting it".
At the company in Castelmuzio we also meet grandfather Franco who concludes by putting on our head his hat: "You have to work seriously and well, the taste proves it." And we invite you to taste.
