Cooperative of small farmers, the Montepulciano Oil Mill is the referring point for those in the area who wish to make a year long efforts worthy just between October and November, with the milling of their own olives, therefore obtaining the much desired new olive oil. A Tuscan extra virgin olive oil capable of becoming Tuscan IGP, Terre di Siena PDO, Organic Oil and 100% Italian Oil.
The relationship of familiarity and respect for local traditions is combined here with modern machinery for the constant improvement of the final result: "We make our skills available for our consortium members, but we always try to improve ourselves; we offer training courses, tastings, all the tools that can improve the work of olive growers and the quality of our already renewed Tuscan extra virgin olive oil" President Avisiano Maccari speaking, he managed the Cooperative for more than 10 years: "Our work is an extremely intense work in the final period of the year, but we are supporting our producers all year round”.
