EVO oil from Castelmuzio, made with olives harvested and pressed on the same day, kept at a constant temperature never below 15 or above 18 Celsius degrees, to keep the organoleptic qualities as unaltered as possible. At the Oliviera (olive mill) Sant’Angelo the olive oil is treated kindly and is kept under nitrogen, so the product is rich in polyphenols, with the typical bitter and spicy Tuscan DOC flavor, or better DOP Terre di Siena, seal of quality and guarantee of origin.
