How much fragrance can you find in a 40 grams jar? We at Valdichiana Eating have asked this to ourselves several times when we opened the packages of La Bandita’s Onions and Truffle Cream. We haven’t found the answer yet, but we know that every opening is a joy for the nose… and then for the palate. Daniela produces jams, compotes, aspics and creams always thinking about new combinations starting from the products of her garden. This combination tells us to trust her imagination with eyes closed.
